SureStaffing UK Ltd are looking to recruit for a Team Leader–Process, for our client based in Caistor, LN 7 area. Our client provides processed fish products for wholesale throughout the United Kingdom. With a specialist breading and battered fish line they supply major supermarkets and retailers with award winning fish products. This is a dry fish manufacturing facility, NOT WET FISH.
As Team Leader–Process you would need to have :
Experience with running a fish coating line
Understanding of coating procedures for Battered , Breaded and Dusted products
Ability to do full line changes to suite products
Familiar with Breaders, Enrobers, Dusters, Batter Mixers and Fish Cake mixers, etc. familiarization training will be given on our equipment i.e. storks Koppens etc.
Extensive knowledge of quality, yields, fish content, weights and giveaway required and how to achieve / work these out.
Legible hand writing as recording of trace ability , ingredient usage etc. required.
Team Leader–Process shift pattern:
Monday to Friday
2pm-10pm
Bank Holidays off
Christmas/Easter off
Team Leader – Process rate of pay Monday to Friday £12.50 ph
