Service Levels

At Sure Staffing we believe in delivering a first-class service to our clients and we ensure this by operating in the following ways:

Contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Fulfil your requirements and not under- or oversupply, unless authorised

Be competent to deliver site-specific induction

Ensure we have sufficient labour pools for various skilled and unskilled roles

Carry out regular performance reviews

Liaise with relevant shift/department manager to discuss any worker issues

Attend service review meetings

Submit daily registers to managers before each shift

Daily check ins undertaken

Meet and greet all new starters on their first shift day

Replace staff for absences or otherwise within 1 hour

Take statements relating to accidents if/when necessary

Manage holiday requests

Record absences and provide weekly KPI reports highlighting attendance, lateness and incidents
