Production Operatives

SureStaffing UK Ltd are looking to recruit production operatives Temp to Perm, for our client based on the Normanby Enterprise Park in Scunthorpe

Responsibilities and Duties of Production Operatives

The main responsibilities for this role will be working on a face paced production line, preparing and palletising the goods ready for dispatch, monitoring and operating simple packing machines,

• Working in a fast paced production environment
• Packaging final goods into boxes or bags, depending on quantity
• Ability to work under pressure in a timely manor
• Previous experience of a production environment preferred
• Own transport would be an advantage

Working Hours for the Production Operatives role

• Days  and Nights Rotating, 5 days in one week, 2 days in the next
• 6am – 6pm and 6pm – 6am 12 hour shifts.
• Overtime available when off shift rotation

Pay Rates for Production Operatives:

• £11.50 per hour rising to £12.62
• Overtime After initial shift pattern worked
• Overtime paid and time and a half and double time
