Sure Staffing UK Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced full time handy man to join our clients maintenance team based in Cottingham. You will be representing the company so a degree of professionalism is required at all times.
The person must have a full UK driving licence. Any qualification in fabrication/building would be ideal but not essential.
Responsibilities would include:
Responding to emergency called or unplanned works
Repair the fabrication of buildings and interiors
Removal and repair of greenhouse glass
Completing planned maintenance projects and repairs
Painting
Comfortable working at heights
Skills to include:
Ability to work with power tools
Good organisation skills
Basic plumbing skills
Woodworking skills
Maintain tools to a high standard
Comfortable working at heights
Ad Hoc needs of the department/company
