SureStaffing are currently looking to recruit for a Line Leader for our client located at North Ferriby
The Role
You will be working with the Project Manager and overseeing a team of 12 whereby your duties will involve but not limited to the following:
- Managing people and ensure they are performing to the required standard
- Ensure the team have the required equipment to undertake their duties
- Maintaining a good quality product in effective time frames
- Keeping to hourly targets
- Undertake QC checks and sampling
- Data recording
- To ensure area compliance to all relevant company, site and legislative policies, procedures, regulations and practices
- Ensure all line documentation is completed
- To undertake any additional responsibilities
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Experience of working in a factory environment at minimum of Team Leader level
- Good communication and team working skills
- Determined and resilient, with the drive to complete tasks
- Has attention to detail
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
09:00 – 17:00 (times may vary so yo must be flexible)
Pay Rate
£11.22
