What You’ll Do:

As a Driving and Industrial Recruitment Consultant in our expanding recruitment team based in Morley, Leeds, you’ll dive into a rewarding 360-degree role, where you’ll be at the heart of matching top talent with incredible career opportunities. Here’s what you’ll be tackling:

🔹 Managing a diverse workforce and filling variable shifts. 🔹 Resourcing, staffing, and account managing our operations. 🔹 Delivering comprehensive induction programs for new hires. 🔹 Understanding client staffing needs and job specifications. 🔹 Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential. 🔹 Conducting thorough candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to find the best fit. 🔹 Engaging in business development and client management to grow your desk. 🔹 Tackling on-call duties to ensure client satisfaction.

Who We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

✔️ At least 1 year of experience in driving and industrial recruitment and business development. ✔️Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. ✔️ The ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. ✔️ A proactive, results-oriented mindset. ✔️ Excellent knowledge of the West Yorkshire area.
